The school

Lessons are supplied by Clearway Driving School Ltd. Instructors shown as ADIs must hold a current DVSA badge (England, Scotland and Wales). This platform launches for Great Britain only.

Booking contract

A lesson is not confirmed until payment (or package credit) is verified by our servers. A slot hold is temporary (10 minutes). Prices are in pounds sterling.

Your obligations

You must hold a valid provisional or full licence as required, bring it to lessons, and be ready at the pickup postcode you booked. Lessons may be refused if you appear unfit to drive.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours before the lesson. Later changes need the office. Package credit is restored only for in-policy cancellations or logged admin overrides.

Driving tests

We do not book, change or cancel DVSA car tests. You must use GOV.UK. We may record dates you give us and offer training towards test standard; that is not an official DVSA assessment.

Liability

Dual-control cars are insured for instruction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Accounts

Keep your login private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the booking engine or attempt to scrape DVSA services via this site.
